This dress is so karen walker-esque, with its ruffled neckline and heart print.  It's from the, (wait for it) Miss Understood (teenagers section at K mart).  Whoever is buying for this section needs to be unleashed on the womens ranges. The dress will easily accommodate a ladies size 10-12, and you'll  probably need to get a size 14 in this style.  I've unpicked every scrap of elastic to give myself some extra room for all those doughnuts (recipe; Eat)!!
