Delbos Salami

Delbos specialises in European style cured meats, without preservatives or gluten (you can safely satisfy those pregnancy salami/salt cravings in one hit),   The hot Del Sremska, a pork salami,  is great sliced thinly with rocket, avocado, almonds and parmesan shavings or crumbled goats cheese.  Dress with olive oil, red wine vinegar,  a squirt of orange juice, salt and black pepper.
