If it weren't for your gumboots......

 ......it was like striking gold finding these yellow PVC gumboots at $14.99.  They are made in NZ and sold at Para Rubber (you have to look hard to find a Para Rubber these days, there are two in Auckland, Wairau and Mt Roskill).  They are made by Sandford a christchurch based company, they come up high enough so the puddle doesn't end up in the boot and OMG they are actually waterproof!!!!
